Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical. We continuously review the site to improve readability, navigation, and compatibility with assistive technologies.

What we do

• High-contrast text and electric-blue accents for legibility on the job.
• Keyboard-friendly navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Descriptive alt text on product and brand imagery.
• Clear headings and a consistent layout across pages.
• Resizable text — zoom your browser without losing layout.
• Forms with labeled fields and inline error messages.

Known limitations

Our industrial design uses a dark background with a custom cursor-glow effect for brand identity. If the glow or animations cause discomfort, you can reduce motion in your operating system or browser settings. Some third-party content (such as social media embeds) may not fully meet our standards.

Assistive technology support

The site is built to work with major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and browser zoom up to 200%. If a feature doesn't behave as expected with your setup, please tell us so we can fix it.

Feedback & requests

Found a barrier or need help placing an order? Email cameron@bluecollarwatchcollection.com with a description of the issue and the page it occurred on. We aim to respond within two business days and to resolve reported barriers as quickly as we can.

Third-party platforms

Checkout is handled by our payment provider, which maintains its own accessibility standards. If you encounter an issue during checkout that you can't resolve, contact us and we'll help you complete your order another way.
