Terms of service.

Reservations & deposits

Watches are sold through a reservation deposit model. To reserve a build slot you pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at checkout. This deposit secures your position in the production run and funds the components and labor for your specific watch.

Cancellation by the customer. If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Canceling does not return the deposit, and your build slot may be reassigned.

Cancellation by us. If we are unable to fulfill your order — for example, if a production run is canceled — we will refund your deposit in full.

Final balance payment

The final balance payment is due when pre-sales open — not when the watch is ready to ship. Paying the deposit plus the balance at pre-sale secures your build slot and your position in the shipping order. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the pre-sale opening, the reservation may be forfeited, the deposit retained, and the build slot reassigned.

Pricing & availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time. Production runs are limited; availability is first-come, first-served by paid deposit.

Orders & fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Estimated delivery windows (such as "late March / early April") are approximate and depend on production timelines; we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Reservation numbers are assigned in the order deposits are paid and determine shipping order.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and return terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Watches are built to order and are final sale; returns are available only for defective or significantly not-as-described items within the 14-day inspection window.

Warranty

Watches are covered by a 24-month limited warranty. Coverage and exclusions are detailed on our Warranty page. The warranty does not cover damage from normal job-site use, including a broken or scratched crystal.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Blue Collar Watch Collection name, logo, designs, product imagery, and copy — is owned by Warren Ventures Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The "Blue Collar Watch Collection" name and "BCWC" mark are currently under trademark-pending status. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

User conduct

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or fraudulent orders. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Watch Collection and Warren Ventures Group LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Warren Ventures Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
