Warranty

The Blue Collar warranty.

Every Blue Collar Watch Collection timepiece is covered by a standard two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. We build watches for the job site — tough, honest, and built to last — and we stand behind the work that goes into them. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover the beating a watch takes doing the work it was made for.

Warranty Period

24 Months from Delivery

What we cover

Movement Defects

Internal quartz movement failures — including the Ronda 715 — that occur under normal use within the warranty period. If the movement stops, drifts significantly, or fails to keep time due to a manufacturing or component defect, we'll repair or replace it.

Case Separation

Separation of the case body, caseback, or bezel from their seated positions caused by a manufacturing or assembly defect. If the case comes apart at a seam or joint under normal wear, it's covered.

Crown & Pusher Failure

A crown that becomes loose, detached, or fails to seat properly due to a factory assembly defect — not from being struck against a hard surface or pried with a tool.

Water Ingress (Factory Seal)

Water intrusion that occurs within the rated 50m / 5 ATM pressure limit while the crown is fully seated and the caseback remains factory-installed. The watch must not have been opened, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized party.

Lume & Dial Defects

Luminous material that flakes, separates, or detaches from the dial or hands under normal use, and dial printing that peels or discolors due to a manufacturing defect — not from chemical, solvent, or UV exposure.

Battery (First 24 Months)

If the original battery fails within the first 24 months from the date of delivery, we'll replace it at no charge. Replacement thereafter is a routine service item, not a warranty claim.

What we don't cover

Broken or Scratched Crystal

The sapphire crystal is the part of the watch most exposed to impact on a job site. A cracked, shattered, chipped, or scratched crystal — whether from a drop, a strike, a fall, or contact with tools and materials during a work day — is not a warranty item. This is wear from the environment the watch is built for, not a defect.

Impact & Abuse

Damage from dropping the watch, striking it against hard objects, or any impact beyond normal wrist wear — even if it occurs on the job — is excluded. A working watch is tough, but it is not indestructible.

Strap & Bracelet Wear

Rubber, leather, and hardware wear is consumable. Torn straps, stretched links, broken keepers, and faded or cracked rubber from sweat, sun, and daily use are not covered. Straps are replaceable service items.

Unauthorized Service or Opening

Opening the caseback, modifying the movement, or having the watch serviced by anyone other than Blue Collar Watch Collection or an authorized service center voids the warranty. Breaking the factory seal compromises water resistance.

Water Damage from Misuse

Water ingress that occurs with the crown open or unseated, in hot water, steam, or saunas, or beyond the rated 50m / 5 ATM depth is not covered. The rating is for splash, rain, and shallow immersion — not diving or hot water.

Normal Wear & Cosmetic Aging

Brushed-metal scuffing, patina, fading of lume from UV exposure, and other cosmetic changes that come from carrying a watch through a working life are not defects. They're the record of the work.

How to file a claim

1. Contact us. Email support@bluecollarwatchcollection.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. We'll respond within 3 business days.

2. We review. If the claim falls within the warranty terms above, we'll issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not send a watch without an authorization number.

3. We make it right. We'll repair or replace the defective component — or the full watch, at our discretion — and return it to you at our expense. If a claim is denied, we'll explain why and offer a paid repair option.

This warranty is provided by Blue Collar Watch Collection, a DBA of Warren Ventures Group LLC, and applies only to watches purchased directly from Blue Collar Watch Collection or an authorized dealer. It is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. It does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
